Senior Social Worker – Adults Access

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and committed Senior Social Worker to join their Adults Access Team in Dudley. This is a fast-paced frontline service that acts as the first point of contact for adult social care referrals, delivering timely assessments, triage, and initial interventions.<br><br>In this role, you will play a key part in screening referrals, undertaking Care Act assessments, and determining appropriate pathways for individuals with a range of needs, including disabilities, safeguarding concerns, and complex social care requirements.
