<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Job Title:</strong> Social Worker - Assessment - Integrated Front Door&nbsp;<strong><br></strong><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Solihull&nbsp;(Hybrid)<br><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £33.30 per hour</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Job Description:<br><br></strong>Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Assessment - Integrated Front Door team based in Solihull.</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">What will your responsibilities be?<br></span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Solihull's integrated Front Door comprises of an EDT team, MASH and 4 x assessment teams.</li> <li>Each team comprises of 6 x social workers, 1 x ASYE, 1 x advanced&nbsp;practitioner and 1 x Team</li> <li>Manager. Teams are on duty 1 week in every four. The team complete assessments under section 17 and Section 47 alongside child impact reports (similar to section 7 reports).</li> <li>Staff are expected to be office based during their duty week and for two days a week when not on duty.&nbsp;We are looking for social workers with experience of duty and assessment work who are passionate and committed to delivering a</li> <li>high quality intervention for children. Due to the semi-rural location, candidates must have a driving licence and access to a car. Flexible hours may be considered, please reach out for a discussion prior to interview.</li> <li>Solihull Integrated Front Door is a settled service and these current vacancies are mainly due to internal promotion opportunities. For over a year, caseloads have averaged 16-20 children. Workers are guaranteed monthly one-to-one supervision, monthly group supervision and bimonthly service development workshops.
