<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is </span>seeking an experienced Agency Social Worker to join its client's Children and Families Service. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified practitioner with proven experience in Child Protection and Court Work to join a supportive and well-established team.</p>
<p>The role will be primarily based at Wyvern House in Winsford, with some flexibility for agreed home working days. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding children and supporting families through complex statutory work.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a caseload of complex Children and Families cases, including Child Protection and care proceedings.</li>
<li>Undertake statutory assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with legislation and local procedures.</li>
<li>Prepare high-quality court reports and give evidence within the Child Protection Court arena.</li>
<li>Work directly with children and families to assess risk, promote welfare, and achieve timely, positive outcomes.</li>
<li>Liaise effectively with legal services, partner agencies, and internal teams to ensure robust safeguarding practice.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, timely case records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.</li>
<li>Participate in supervision and contribute positively to team working and service development.</li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-props="{}">Skills and Qualification Required:</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">To be successful in this role you must have;</span> </p>
<ul>
<li>Degree level qualification in Social Work (or equivalent).</li>
<li>Registered with Social Work England.</li>
<li>Proven experience within Children and Families services.</li>
<li>Essential experience in Child Protection and Court Work.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and court processes.</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team.</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the UK. </li>
