As a Social Worker, you will be engaging with children and families, and will demonstrate strong assessment, analytical skills, and resilience while managing competing priorities.</p> <p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In this role, you will demonstrate experience working effectively with children and families, engaging and building positive, supportive relationships. You will possess a clear understanding of the ‘Looked After’ system and Children’s Hearings, contributing to informed and child-centred practice. You will work in partnership with various services, showing innovation in identifying and utilising local resources to maximise positive outcomes.
