Social Worker – Children, Families & Safeguarding (MASH)

font-size: 12pt;"></span></p> <ul> <li>Work as part of the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to support Children, Families, and Adults at risk.</li> <li>Assist Section Managers and Team Managers in managing the&nbsp;<strong>Adult Safeguarding Process</strong>&nbsp;for Conwy County Borough.</li> <li>Manage the reception of referrals and make timely, informed decisions within statutory timescales.</li> <li>Consult with Section Managers, senior safeguarding colleagues, and other managers on complex safeguarding and adult protection cases.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure safeguarding concerns are addressed effectively and proportionately.</li> <li>Apply safeguarding legislation, protocols, and guidance consistently across all cases.</li> <li>Maintain accurate, high-quality records and reports in line with professional standards and local procedures.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
