You will focus on long‑term permanence, ensuring children unable to return home find stability through kinship, fostering, or adoption, guided by The Promise and centred on children’s rights, voices, and wellbeing.</div> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>In this position, you will manage a specialized caseload of children and young people looked after in permanent placements.
