About the role
<p>Liquid Personnel are looking for dedicated, passionate social workers to join our client in the East Midlands in the Children with Disabilities Team!</p>
<p>This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced social worker to have a meaningful impact supporting children with complex disabilities and their families, while fulfilling key safeguarding duties and statutory responsibilities as part of the Trust.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About the role:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Complete assessments to inform care plans, including Children and Families, Risk, Parenting, and Sibling Assessments</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop care plans with respite support and behavioural strategies for children with disabilities and their families</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support professional standards, develop specialist practice, and advise on disability-related cases</p>
</li>
</ul>
