Social Worker - Children with Disabilities

<p>Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team based in Northampton. As a Social Worker in the Children with Disabilities (CWD) team, you will deliver high-quality, child-centred assessments and care planning for children with complex needs. You’ll work closely with families, health professionals, and education providers to ensure coordinated support that promotes safety, wellbeing, and independence.
