<p><strong>Social Worker – Children With Disabilities (A&R) – Permanent</strong><br><strong>Slough Children First</strong></p>

<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assess, review and progress plans for children in need, including those accessing short breaks</li>
<li>Respond to safeguarding concerns in line with statutory duties</li>
<li>Manage an independent caseload, ensuring timely and effective decision making</li>
<li>Produce high‑quality assessments, reports and evidence‑based plans</li>
<li>Build purposeful relationships with children, families and partners to drive positive outcomes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For this role you will need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration</li>
<li>Post-qualifying experience in children’s social care, ideally within disability or CIN</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Children’s Social Care legislation and care planning processes</li>
<li>Excellent communication, analytical and report‑writing skills</li>
</ul>
