Social Worker – Dementia and Care Quality

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting an </span><span data-contrast="auto">Adult </span><span data-contrast="auto">Social Worker to join its client’s </span>Dementia and Care Quality <span data-contrast="auto">team, based in Cardiff.</span></p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>Cardiff Council is looking for an experienced and committed Social Worker to join the Dementia and Care Quality Team.
