<p style="text-align: justify;"><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting a </span><span data-contrast="auto">Children’s </span><span data-contrast="auto">Social Worker to join its client’s Family Help & Front Door </span><span data-contrast="auto">team, based in Manchester</span><span data-contrast="auto">.<br></span><span data-contrast="auto">This is a unique, non-case holding social work opportunity designed to bridge the gap between Family Help Services and the Front Door of Social Care. Rather than managing a traditional caseload, you will act as a community-facing consultant and facilitator, ensuring families receive early, effective intervention and that risk is identified accurately at the point of referral.</span><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><br></span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Community Outreach: Reach out into the community to support families by building on their existing strengths and facilitating access to necessary support services.</li>
<li>Front Door Support: Work alongside First Response Advisors and multi-agency partners to process referrals, share information, and identify both risks and strengths.</li>
<li>Partnership Coordination: Use high-level partnership skills to draw agencies together, showing partners how to build effective plans and enable successful interventions.</li>
<li>Service Navigation: Ensure the "right work reaches the right place at the right time" by facilitating smooth work transfers from the Front Door to the appropriate long-term services.</li>
<li>Risk Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance on levels of need and risk thresholds to community partners and families.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span data-ccp-props="{}"><strong>Working Hours and Flexibility: </strong><br></span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Non-Case Holding: This is a purely consultative and facilitative role, focusing on throughput and community engagement rather than long-term case management.</li>
<li>Service Needs: You may be required to work outside of core business hours to meet the needs of the service and the families within the community.</li>
<li>Contract: Full-time agency cover within an "Outstanding" rated local authority.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span data-contrast="auto">To be successful in this role you must have;</span> </p>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Social Work England registration and a recognized Social Work qualification.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Risk Expertise: Deep knowledge of safeguarding thresholds and the ability to assess risk confidently in a non-statutory setting.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Relationship Building: Exceptional engagement skills with the ability to build kind, professional relationships with families and community stakeholders.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Compliance: Candidates must provide a 5-year reference history (with all gaps checked) and must pass the DfE Recommendation Compliance Questions to be considered. </li>
