<p>Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team based in Kingston/Richmond.</p>

<p><strong>Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans</li>
<li>Understanding when to transfer cases from the Safeguarding team to the Permanence team</li>
<li>Building strong and respectful working relationships with families, their support network and our partner agencies</li>
<li>Regular assessment writing, threshold application, home visits, direct work, care planning, chairing meetings and case recording in line with our policies and procedures</li>
<li>Ensuring that children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording</li>
<li>Actively taking part in reflective supervision and group supervision</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we are looking for in a Social Worker:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Social Work England registration</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the UK</li>
<li>Hold a full UK license</li>
<li>Post-qualified experience</li>
<li>Degree level or equivalent in Social Work<strong> </strong></li>
