Social Worker - Locality Team

<p style="text-align: justify;">Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Locality Team in Medway to manage a mixed caseload within our generic community social work teams, delivering high-quality, effective, and person-centred assessments and interventions. You’ll work across Medway using a strength-based practice approach, with a strong emphasis on face-to-face visits to build trust and deliver tailored support.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">To be successful in this role, you must have a recognized qualification such as a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master of Social Work (MSW), or Diploma in Social Work (DipSW), along with registration with Social Work England. You should have experience conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and preferences to develop personalized care plans.
