<p>Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Senior Social Worker to join a Looked After Children Team based in South London for an OUTSTANDING authority as rated by OFSTED.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for a Social Worker looking to step up into a more senior role. The role does involve holding a small complex caseload while having some responsibility of supporting Newly Qualified Social Workers.<br><br><strong>Benefits as a Senior Social Worker:</strong></p>

<p><strong>In this role you will be:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting children living with relatives, friends of foster families and prospective adopters or children living in children's homes and young people in semi-independent units. You will be responsible for ensuring the child or young persons safety and supporting them towards independence by:</li>
<li>Undertaking regular statutory visits</li>
<li>Completing and updating assessments</li>
<li>Care Planning</li>
<li>Working as part of a professional network to meet the needs of the children and young people</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements of a Social Worker:</strong></p>
<p>Completed your ASYE</p>
<p>Social Work England registration</p>
<p>Eligible to work in the UK</p>
<p>Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</p>
