Senior Social Worker - Mental Health

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join its client’s Mental Health Team based in Kensington and Chelsea.&nbsp;</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults and their carers by assessing needs and coordinating services, with a strong emphasis on prevention, independence, safeguarding, and case management.
