<p><strong>Permanent Opportunity | Salary up to £50,000 + Bonuses | Hybrid Working</strong></p>
<p>Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced <strong><span data-url="ca://s?q=Tell_me_more_about_the_Social_Worker_role">Social Worker</span></strong> to join the Mental Health Teams within a progressive South West London Borough. <li>Salary up to £50,000 (dependent on experience)</li>
<li>£3,000 retention bonus (every 2 years of service)</li>
<li>32 days annual leave plus bank holidays (40 days total)</li>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Undertake assessments of individual and carer needs, risks, and strengths to promote independence and prevent harm</li>
<li>Work in partnership with service users and carers using a person‑centred approach</li>
<li>Apply core social work values and principles to guide professional practice</li>
<li>Promote independence, wellbeing, and choice in line with strengths‑based practice</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Registered with Social Work England</li>
<li>Successful completion of ASYE</li>
<li>Post‑qualifying experience within Adult Social Care</li>
<li>Strong understanding of relevant legislation and local authority responsibilities in safeguarding vulnerable adults</li>
<li>Right to work in the UK</li>
</ul>
