The service operates using the <strong>Family Safeguarding Model</strong>, a multi‑disciplinary approach introduced in 2022 that brings together social workers, domestic abuse practitioners, recovery workers, and mental health specialists to address whole‑family needs effectively.</p> <p>The organisation also benefits from a well‑established <strong>Social Care &amp; Leadership Academy</strong>, which promotes continuous learning, professional development, and manageable caseloads to support sustainable practice.</p> </div> <div> <p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>The service is recruiting <strong>Qualified, Experienced, and Advanced Social Workers</strong> to join its <strong>Assessment &amp; Child Protection Team</strong>.
