<p><strong>About the Organisation</strong><br>Liquid Personnel is working in partnership with a local authority committed to delivering high‑quality services that improve outcomes for children and families. The service operates using the <strong>Family Safeguarding Model</strong>, a multi‑disciplinary approach introduced in 2022 that brings together social workers, domestic abuse practitioners, recovery workers, and mental health specialists to address whole‑family needs effectively.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>The service is recruiting <strong>Qualified, Experienced, and Advanced Social Workers</strong> to join its <strong>Assessment & Child Protection Team</strong>. The team is organised into five PODs, each led by an Assistant Team Manager, providing clear management oversight and regular support.</p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Complete statutory assessments and child protection enquiries</li>
<li>Develop robust plans that promote positive outcomes for children</li>
<li>Support smooth transitions for children who require ongoing services</li>
</ul>
<p>You will be part of a supportive and reflective team with high aspirations for children, benefiting from regular supervision, training, and opportunities for professional growth.</p>

<p><strong>About You</strong><br>To be considered, you must:</p>
<ul>
<li>Hold a recognised Social Work degree or equivalent qualification</li>
<li>Be registered with <strong>Social Work England</strong></li>
<li>Have experience working collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies</li>
</ul>
