About the role
<p>Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Child protection and permanency team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.</p>
<p>Rutland is a small local authority that offer a very supportive management structure, small manageable caseloads and a great work life balance to go alongside their GOOD Ofsted rating.</p>
<p><strong>Duties of a Child protection and permanence social worker </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Carry a caseload consisting of CiC, CP and CiN cases.</li>
<li>Prepare assessments, Cin reviews and plans as well as CP and CLA plans</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up to date records of files</li>
<li>Take part in team meetings and participate in team development</li>
<li>Prepare for case conferences, court and meetings when required</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Key requirements for the role </strong></p>
<p>To apply for the post, you must meet the following requirements:</p>

<li>Current SWE registration and valid right to work in the UK</li>
<li>Have completed your ASYE</li>
<li>UK driving licence</li>
<li>A passion to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families</li>
