<p>Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Safeguarding Team at Sandwell, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,726, along with a £2,500 market supplement and a relocation package of up to £6,500. Both full-time (37 hours) and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible working arrangements that can be tailored to suit individual preferences.</p>

<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work alongside the Assessment & Intervention Teams and be based in the same locality; these teams will respond swiftly when children’s needs are more acute, and risks are higher;</li>
<li>Work in an organised and planned way to ensure timescales set by the Trust and consistently met;</li>
<li>Produce care plans and assessments in a succinct manner, demonstrating highly attuned skills in gathering, assessing and analysing key information leading to evidenced-based recommendations for children;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul>
<li>Social Work England registration</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the UK</li>
<li>Hold a full UK driving licence</li>
<li>Post-qualified experience</li>
<li>Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</li>
</ul>
