<p><strong> Senior Social Worker Support and Safeguarding </strong></p>
<p>Are you ready to make a difference to the lives of children, young people, and families? Look no further! Liquid Personnel are seeking dedicated Senior Social Workers to join a Support and Safeguarding team within Northamptonshire.</p>

<p><strong>Salary ranges from £43,158 to £45,204.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Duties Will Include:</strong></p>
<p>As a social worker within Safeguarding service, you will be responsible for privileging the best interests of children and young people, which must be based on best evidence and good practice.</p>
<ul>
<li>Complex caseload including undertaking assessments, visiting children and their families, interventions and reviewing the work taken.</li>
<li>Work using Signs of Safety model, within the policies and procedures of Children’s Services and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Provide mentoring and share knowledge to support junior colleagues.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Social Work and Social Work England (SWE) registration.</li>
<li>Extensive post-qualification experience in children and families social work- ideally in a statutory setting.</li>
<li>Must have awareness of the legislative framework.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a cohesive and supportive environment.</li>
<li>Full driving license required.</li>
