This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing startup and make a real impact on the future of our product while playing a critical role in the design and development of our SASE solutions.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in setting and executing the product architecture and roadmap, maintaining scalability, reliability, productivity, performance, and security.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand and analyze market needs and map them to technical terms of our architecture.&nbsp;</li> <li>Architect new features and systems to meet functional and non-functional requirements - from management application &amp; services, through our massive cloud backbone and to the multi-platform client products.&nbsp;</li> <li>Act as a bridge between R&amp;D groups, identifying opportunities and gaps and aligning on common concepts and technical vision.&nbsp;</li> <li>Be an insider and trusted advisor to different R&amp;D groups and teams, through a hands-on approach and technical excellence.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and product differentiation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in design &amp; implementation of complex software systems&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong proficiency with microservices and SaaS products, as well as low-level Networking or Security infrastructure.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Leading</strong> large-scale solutions from product definitions to low level design of components and implementation.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Driving changes</strong> in adopting technologies / refactoring / processes / development infrastructure – from envisioning (coming with the agenda) to actual execution of the strategy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent analytical, systemic thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Cato Networks is building the enterprise network and security platform of the future.
