Within this framework, we are looking for a highly motivated Software Architect – C2ISR (PSIM) Platform to join our team and build cutting-edge software for physical security and safety management systems.
The role
The Software Architect will serve as the technical authority for the evolution, modernization and long-term sustainability of the SISC2 platform, supporting its transformation into a scalable defense-grade C2ISR / PSIM / multi-sensor operational ecosystem.
The role combines software architecture, systems integration, cybersecurity awareness and mission-critical platform engineering across defense, critical infrastructure and public security environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern the overall software architecture of SISC2
- Lead platform modernization and scalability strategy
- Design modular, distributed and interoperable architectures
- Integrate heterogeneous operational systems, including:
o CCTV
o radars
o UAV feeds
o GIS
o VTS/VTMIS
o tactical communications
o AI/video analytics
- Establish DevSecOps, CI/CD and software governance processes
- Ensure resilience, cybersecurity and operational continuity
- Support technology roadmap, customer engagements and proposal activities
Requirements
Strong experience in:
- Enterprise and distributed software architectures
- Microservices and API-driven systems
- Backend technologies (.NET, Java, Python or similar)
- Databases and geospatial systems (PostGIS/GIS)
- Docker, Kubernetes and Linux environments
- DevSecOps and CI/CD practices
- Real-time operational platforms
Desired Domain Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- C2ISR / PSIM platforms
- Defense or security systems
- Airport or port security
- Critical infrastructure protection
- Tactical communications
- UAV integration environments
- Public safety platforms
