The ideal candidate is a recognized professional with hands-on expertise and an excellent understanding of engineering processes supporting large, National Defense, Agile software development programs. With a team of system and software engineers in a fast-paced environment you will be an integral part of Intel Community programs.</span></p> <p><strong><span class="ui-provider fy b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">This role is on site Monday - Friday in either Chantilly, VA, Herndon, VA or Aurora, CO. This position requires the Security+ certification and an active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.</span></strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy features.</li> <li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java Utilize Gitlab, Gitlab Runner, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm Charts for deployments.</li> <li>Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance.</li> <li>Utilize Jira for project management and tracking.</li> <li>Apply standards and protocols to ensure compliance and security.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills/Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clearance: TS/SCI CI Polygraph</li> <li>On site support Monday - Friday in Chantilly, VA, Herndon, VA or Aurora, CO</li> <li>Security+ certification&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in Java development utilizing various libraries such as SpringBoot, Mockito, Lombok, OpenAPI (Swagger) and other similar libraries developing RESTFul services.</li> <li>The software application I is managed through Git and built using gradle.</li> <li>Other third-party applications that are utilized is Kafka, MongoDB, ActiveMQ and/or NiFi.</li> <li>Applications are containerized and deployed to a Kubernetes cluster using Helm Charts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experiences with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is also desired.</li> </ul> <p>Application Deadline:&nbsp; August 3, 2026</p> <p>#cjpost</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
