You’ll work across the stack to design, build, and launch features that recruiters depend on every day. From architecting integrations to refining user experiences, you’ll move fast, own your projects end-to-end, and help push our product forward.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build fullstack features using Next.js, TypeScript, React, and related tools</li> <li>Contribute to Elly’s core product and help scale our growing set of integrations</li> <li>Collaborate with design and product to quickly deliver user-friendly solutions</li> <li>Own features from implementation through QA and release</li> <li>Share feedback, ideas, and improvements to help shape how we work as a team</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring (Experience)</strong></p> <ul> <li>4–5 years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in a fast-paced and/or startup setting</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React</li> <li>Fullstack development experience (frontend + backend)</li> <li>Ability to independently drive features to completion</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity and excitement for solving practical problems quickly</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ve thrived at an early-stage startup or built and launched your own side project</li> <li>Experience with AWS, API integrations, SaaS products, or HR/recruiting tech</li> <li>Passion for building tools that empower people to do their best work</li> </ul> <p><strong>EEO Statement</strong><strong><br></strong>Elly is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
