Hard problems with no existing answers. Bring your own.</p> <h4><strong>What you will do:</strong></h4> <p>You’ll own problems end-to-end — the kind most&nbsp;engineering teams never get close to. No ticket queues,&nbsp;no standups, no permission. Just you, the codebase, and&nbsp;a team of people who care as much as you do. Everyone&nbsp;here is an IC, an architect, or a lead — most are all three.</p> <h4><strong>Your Skills and Experience:</strong></h4> <p>Deep OS internals. Networking from the socket layer up.&nbsp;Strong opinions on memory, concurrency, and&nbsp;correctness — and the humility to revise them.
