What You’d Be Doing in This Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in New York, NY. As a founding member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to our company's achievements and be instrumental in forming our team culture.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to build and refine our product.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Research and define product requirements to solve our customers’ needs.
- Help set the culture of the company, promoting a collaborative, innovative and fun environment.
- Play a crucial role in building great software from the ground up.
You’re Probably a Match If You Have
- At least 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience working with relational databases, such as MySQL or Postgres.
- Experience using LLMs and machine learning is preferred.
- A passion for going deep into complex problems and and building efficient solutions.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
