As a Software Engineer at Xapo, you will design, build, and deploy high-impact backend services that are secure, fault-tolerant, and available to millions. You will take full ownership of the services your team creates, from initial design to production operations, all while being mentored by senior engineers.<br>You could join one of our dynamic, business domains:</div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>WMT - Wealth Management Team: responsible for enabling Xapo members to access responsible investment opportunities and grow their wealth with Xapo investment products.</li> <li>FCP - Financial Crime Prevention: team's purpose is to protect Xapo's bank members and business from financial crime, while providing a premium banking experience. Their responsibilities include:Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Screening, Compliance Services, Fraud Detection</li> <li>CAR - Customer Acquisition and Retention: team is focused on the entire customer lifecycle, from attracting new members to ensuring that existing, valuable members continue to find value in their Xapo membership.</li> <li>MMM - Member Money Movement: team empowers every Xapo member to interact seamlessly with fiat and crypto in a secure bank environment.</li> </ul> <div>Who You Are&nbsp;</div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>You have a strong foundation in software engineering and are proficient in at least one programming language (we love Python!).</li> <li>You're a natural collaborator with excellent communication skills who thrives in a team environment.</li> <li>You have a basic understanding of microservices, cloud-native patterns, and container-based applications.</li> <li>You're familiar with the full software development lifecycle and are keen on CI/CD and automated testing.</li> <li>You are excited by concepts like Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design.</li> <li>Most importantly, you have a growth mindset.
