<p><span data-contrast="none">As an Associate Software Engineer, </span><span data-contrast="auto">you’ll build on your existing foundation through a combination of structured onboarding, mentorship, and hands-on project work</span><span data-contrast="none">. </span><span data-contrast="auto">You’ll collaborate closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable software solutions used in production environments.</span><span data-contrast="none"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and strengthen core software engineering skills through Xtillion’s structured onboarding and ongoing technical development programs</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and technical requirements</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">Contribute to the design and implementation of software applications and data workflows</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Participate across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established engineering standards and best practices</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">1+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent hands-on experience through internships or production-level projects</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience working with SQL, databases, or data-intensive systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience working with Git or other version control systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
