Based in Chile, the organization provides an extensive suite of retail, commercial, and investment banking services. They have established a pioneering digital ecosystem aimed at transforming financial inclusion for millions. Expanding globally, the bank utilizes advanced data analytics and AI-powered platforms to offer customized and sustainable financial solutions to its international clientele.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Implementation &amp; Configuration</li> <li>Execute end-to-end greenfield Calypso implementations</li> <li>Configure Calypso systems to support front, middle, and back-office operations</li> <li>Participate in platform upgrade initiatives and environment optimization efforts</li> <li>Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery across trading and operational workflows</li> <li>Custom Development &amp; Integration</li> <li>Design and develop custom interfaces and integrations within the Calypso ecosystem</li> <li>Build bespoke platform extensions to support client-specific business requirements</li> <li>Support and manage data migration activities across environments</li> <li>Oversee environment management, deployment coordination, and technical troubleshooting</li> <li>Ensure scalability, stability, and security of mission-critical financial platforms</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Extensive hands-on technical experience with the Calypso platform</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Calypso architecture, custom development, and interfacing tools</li> <li>Proven experience supporting Calypso implementation projects</li> <li>Experience developing custom features and integrations within enterprise financial systems</li> <li>Strong understanding of Capital Markets and trading workflows</li> <li>Specialized knowledge across asset classes including Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, and Derivatives</li> <li>Experience designing and optimizing scalable, high-performance financial applications</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within mission-critical environments</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, functional, and client-facing teams</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience supporting complex Calypso platform upgrades</li> <li>Exposure to large-scale global banking or hedge fund environments</li> <li>Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and distributed systems</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices</li> <li>Prior experience working within consulting or professional services organizations</li> </ul> <h3>Language level</h3> <ul> <li>Intermediate English</li> <li>Intermediate-to-advanced or native Spanish communication skills required</li> </ul> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
