The platform automates the full lien lifecycle—registration, amendment, search, monitoring and discharge—to protecting lenders, reduce risk and ensure compliance, and provides value-added features such as lien validation, asset monitoring and fraud detection. We’re actively modernizing the platform that is mission-critical used by major financial institutions with a focus on scalability, automation, and developer experience. Current work includes containerizing services, upgrading .NET runtimes, strengthening CI/CD and observability, and adopting Infrastructure as Code—alongside pragmatic AI-assisted development and intelligent QA. You’ll join a small, critical and high-impact team (engineers, product owner, engineering manager) focused on solving real customer problems with durable systems. You’ll be expected to own a major slice of the platform, lead technical execution for key initiatives, and raise the quality bar through strong engineering judgment. What You’ll Do:  Build & Evolve Critical Systems  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and implement scalable, resilient backend and frontend services using .NET (Core / 6+ / 8), Angular, and RESTful APIs</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead registry modernization initiatives, including containerization of legacy .NET workloads, runtime upgrades, and improvements to deployment and operational reliability</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to data-layer improvements, focusing on performance, scalability, and operational reliability</li> </ul> Own Architecture & Technical Decisions  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive technical design discussions and make pragmatic architectural decisions within the team</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Integrate observability, security, and performance best practices into system design</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Balance technical excellence with delivery needs when evolving existing systems</li> </ul> Build With an Ownership Mindset  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own solutions end-to-end, from design through deployment and production operation</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and contribute to standardized engineering practices</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Take accountability for reliability, operational outcomes, and continuous improvement of owned systems</li> </ul> Collaborate & Lead  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and other engineering teams to deliver production-ready capabilities</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and day-to-day technical leadership</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Act as a role model for strong ownership, technical quality, and constructive collaboration</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For: Must Have <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong hands-on experience building production systems with .NET and C# (modern .NET preferred)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful API design</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Solid understanding of SQL Server and relational data modeling (managed database experience a plus)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comfort operating in production environments and learning from real-world feedback</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Clear communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven approach</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A builder’s mindset: If you can think it, you can build it.
