As&nbsp;a&nbsp;Staff&nbsp;Engineer,&nbsp;you&nbsp;will&nbsp;serve&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;technical&nbsp;leader,&nbsp;driving&nbsp;architecture&nbsp;decisions,&nbsp;mentoring&nbsp;engineers,&nbsp;and&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;robust,&nbsp;secure,&nbsp;and&nbsp;high-performance&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;crypto&nbsp;space. The ideal candidate brings expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade software solutions, with a strong foundation in distributed systems, SOLID principles and modern software design patterns.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical leadership: define and drive the technical vision and architecture for crypto-related products, services, and infrastructure</li> <li>Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure and performant software components</li> <li>Provide technical mentorship and guidance to senior and mid-level engineers; conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices</li> <li>Stay&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;forefront&nbsp;of&nbsp;blockchain&nbsp;protocols,&nbsp;DeFi,&nbsp;tokenization&nbsp;standards,&nbsp;and&nbsp;crypto&nbsp;industry&nbsp;trends;&nbsp;evaluate&nbsp;and&nbsp;recommend&nbsp;emerging&nbsp;technologies</li> <li>Drive&nbsp;system&nbsp;reliability,&nbsp;incident&nbsp;response,&nbsp;and&nbsp;operational&nbsp;excellence&nbsp;across&nbsp;crypto&nbsp;platform&nbsp;services</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience with blockchain&nbsp;technologies,&nbsp;cryptocurrency&nbsp;protocols,&nbsp;or&nbsp;digital&nbsp;asset&nbsp;platforms</li> <li>10+ years of experience developing enterprise systems in C#</li> <li>10+ years of experience with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL or SQL Server</li> <li>Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals — consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, wallet management, key custody, transaction signing, and on-chain/off-chain data flows</li> <li>Experience integrating with major blockchain networks (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, or similar)</li> <li>Solid grasp of cryptographic principles — hashing, encryption, digital signatures, HSMs, and key management</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Cloud Architecture - preferably AWS</li> <li>Docker / Containers</li> <li>Experience designing and developing distributed systems and event driven architecture is a plus.
