About the role

About Oasis Security

At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.

Why Oasis, why now

The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.

The CTO Office is where technology strategy meets execution. We define the technical direction across Oasis's core verticals, and we bridge the gap between cutting-edge R&D, product, and customer outcomes.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer at the CTO Office to join this team.

This is a rare hybrid role built for someone who can write code and communicate it - someone who's equally comfortable building a proof of concept and evaluating challenges raised by customers. You'll contribute directly to shaping how Oasis's technology is designed, packaged, and adopted at the enterprise level.

If you're a software engineer ready to expand into product and strategy work, or a solutions architect who wants to get closer to the code - this role was built for you.

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

What You'll Do

Design and build proof-of-concept implementations to evaluate emerging technologies and validate new product directions.

Contribute to technical roadmap planning across the company's core product verticals.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational frameworks to support enterprise-scale deployments.

Conduct technology and product research to assess fit against evolving market and customer challenges.

Support intellectual property initiatives, including technical contributions to ongoing patent applications.

Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success to surface technical insights and drive cross-functional alignment.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical architecture roles.

Hands-on coding proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g. Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, JavaScript).

Familiarity with identity, security, or cloud-native domains - NHI, IAM, PAM, or IGA experience is a strong plus.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation, diagrams, and customer-facing materials.

Equal opportunity

Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the world we're securing. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability status. Oasis Security does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes and will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Oasis Security.
