Python is our primary language, and we take pride in delivering end-to-end solutions—from frontend and API design to backend systems and databases.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p class="p1">Translate product requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p class="p1">Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Security Research, and Data Science teams to simplify security for our customers.</p> </li> <li> <p class="p1">Provide <span class="s1"><strong>technical leadership</strong></span>—mentoring, code reviews, and architectural guidance.</p> </li> <li> <p class="p1">Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software in production environments.</p> </li> <li> <p class="p1">Own quality, reliability, and performance across the stack; proactively identify areas for improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p class="p1">Work with relational and non-relational databases to enable seamless data flow.</p> </li> <li> <p class="p1">Engage actively in team discussions—contributing ideas, asking questions, and driving continuous improvement.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional software engineering experience.</li> <li>2+ years of Python development experience.</li> <li>3+ years working with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li> <li>4+ years of database experience, including relational systems (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).</li> <li>Experience designing REST API contracts (OpenAPI, Swagger, etc.).</li> <li>Skilled in debugging, performance profiling, automated testing, and documentation.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.</li> <li>Strong understanding of software design principles and modern development practices for data-intensive systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Proficiency with Unix/Linux environments.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Self-motivated and proactive; able to take initiative and challenge assumptions constructively.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Python web and asynchronous frameworks (Django, Flask, Celery, FastAPI).</li> <li>Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, OIDC, IAM, SAML).</li> <li>Experience with full-stack development, particularly backend-heavy applications.</li> <li>Strong SQL tuning and performance optimization skills.</li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, Troposphere).</li> <li>Familiarity with analytical (OLAP) and Lakehouse databases (Delta Lake, Iceberg, Snowflake, BigLake, etc.).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><span class="ui-provider gy b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range provided below.
