<p><strong>[About HealthCare-Tech]</strong></p>
<p>Healthcare-Tech is a division within GovTech, forward-deployed to and collaborating closely with the Ministry of Health (MoH) family (including other agencies and statutory boards), operating like a modern product organisation to solve important and currently underserved problems spanning across Singapore's public Healthcare sector.</p>
<p>We are seeking talented and motivated Software Engineers to join our development teams working on the above sectors. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">[What you will be working on]</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<p>As a Software Engineer:</p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the cross-functional agile team consisting of Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to solicit business requirements & deliver technical solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with government agencies to deliver high-quality software systems</li>
<li>Contribute to adoption of relevant, up-to-date technologies, practices, and tools in modern software development lifecycle</li>
<li>Contribute to code reviews by offering feedback that enhances the overall quality of the codebase</li>
<li>Participate in Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective</li>
<li>Participate in regular tech-sharing and solutioning sessions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">[What we are looking for]</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working on reasonably large, high-availability software systems that have operated at scale</li>
<li>Experience in modern full-stack web application technologies; experience in modern front-end engineering on Next.Js/React.js/Nuxt/Vue.js and Java/TypeScript/Node.js/Golang on the backend is preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with SQL & NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB</li>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure and/or GCP</li>
<li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)</li>
<li>Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools</li>
<li>Proficient in writing comprehensive unit and integration tests</li>
<li>Experience with observability and monitoring tools, especially the ELK stack, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk</li>
</ul>
