This is a fully on-site position. Work Visa Sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities：</strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to deliver solutions and solve real problems<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead new customer integrations across EDI, API, AS2, Webhook, and other integration methods<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Build tools for U.S. e-commerce systems, warehouse operations, and related business workflows<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Contribute to system design and architecture, including service decomposition, API design, and integration capabilities</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in system design, software architecture, service decomposition, and API design<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Able to understand complex problems quickly, apply sound judgment, and drive solutions independently<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate directly with customers in both written and spoken form<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Comfortable working in a Vibe Coding / AI-assisted development environment, and able to use modern AI tools to improve speed, quality, and execution</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications：</strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, or related domains<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with EDI, API, AS2, Webhook, or similar integration methods<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience building systems for order management, warehouse management, supply chain operations, or U.S. e-commerce workflows<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Chinese language skills are a plus for working effectively with engineering teams in China</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> $100,000 - $150,000 per year&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
