Senior Software Engineer - Market Access

QRT’s culture of innovation continuously drives our ambition to deliver high quality returns for our investors.<br><br>As a Senior Software Engineer on our Market Access team, you will design and develop high-performance systems that drive our trading capabilities.</p> <p><strong>Your future role within QRT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build high-performance, low-latency C++ applications for trading.</li> <li>Work with traders, FPGA engineers, DevOps, and other teams to create seamless solutions.</li> <li>Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization.</li> <li>Lead discussions on system design, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with system administrators and network engineers to optimize deployments.</li> <li>Mentor team members in best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Present Skillset</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience in C++ development (C++11/14/17/20), and multi threaded, high-performance applications on Linux.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in system-level architecture design for trading or other performance-critical environments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of low-latency techniques, system profiling, and tuning</li> <li>Previous experience as a people manager or technical lead, demonstrate examples of leading engineers on different projects</li> <li>Familiarity with advanced debugging tools and performance analysis techniques.&nbsp;</li> <li>Understanding of financial products and trading systems is preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
