<div class="gwt-HTML">As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining secure, scalable digital services that support case management systems, legal workflows, and citizen-facing services</div>

<li>Translate product and business requirements, including case workflows and legal processes, into clear technical designs, specifications, and development plans</li>
<li>Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications that serve real user needs</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions</li>
<li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers</li>
<li>Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices</li>
<li>Take ownership of features from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance</li>
<li>Develop and maintain applications on low-code platform such as OutSystems, applying sound software engineering practices beyond low code abstractions</li>

<ul>
<li>We seek engineer who combine technical excellence with strong collaborative instincts—people who are excited to build meaningful products as part of a cohesive team.</li>
<li>Strong experience with React (TypeScript), Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud services</li>
<li>Familiarity with Python for basic data analysis and Terraform for IaC </li>
<li>Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or similar) and modern development workflows</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software architecture principles, system design, and building resilient distributed systems</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile development environments with iterative delivery cycles</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, abstract programming challenges with creative solutions</li>
<li>Experience making technical decisions that balance performance, maintainability, and business requirements</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>
<li>Self-motivated problem-solver who proactively identifies opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Takes full ownership of deliverables and follows through on commitments</li>
<li>Demonstrates reliability and trustworthiness in high-stakes environments</li>
<li>Proven experience in low code development, with good understanding of OutSystems architecture, components, lifecycle management, and best practices.</li>
<li>Familiarity with government or regulated‑environment requirements, with experience integrating with Whole of Government platforms or GovTech products is an advantage</li>
