<p><strong>The Role - Software Engineer (Video Player) </strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and hardening our video player, with a strong focus on playback performance, rendering, integrations, and overall viewer experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":0,"335559737":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":279}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You’ll also contribute to broadcast augmentation features and the development tools used by our content team. Over time, there will be opportunities to expand your impact into our video processing pipeline and our content and augmentation engines.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you will use day to day</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You should expect to work in JavaScript and Rust almost every day, with some tasks needing other languages. </span><span data-contrast="auto">The balance shifts by task (browser and player code, transcoder and augmentation-related tooling, API). You will predominantly work around video and augmentation<br><br></span></p>
