The position focuses on SIP‑based systems, FreeSwitch integration, and backend service development, while collaborating with DevOps teams to deploy and operate solutions in AWS and ensuring code quality through reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation.    Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Actively contribute to the codebase by writing production code, prototyping critical components, and resolving complex technical challenges;</li><li>Develop and maintain VoIP solutions for the Voice platform, including SIP signaling, traffic routing, and global scalability;</li><li>Lead the integration and customization of FreeSwitch as a core media server and softswitch platform;</li><li>Develop robust backend services using C, Java, Python, Golang;</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain solutions on cloud environments (AWS);</li><li>Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation;</li><li>Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time communication pipelines.</li></ul>  Essential Skills<ul><li>Voice & SIP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and real-time communication fundamentals (RTP/RTCP, codecs, NAT traversal);</li><li>FreeSwitch: Proven experience configuring and developing with FreeSwitch (ESL, dialplan, modules);</li><li>Backend Development: Proficiency in high-performance languages such as Golang, C, Java or Python;</li><li>Cloud: Familiarity with AWS services for deployment and infrastructure.</li></ul>  About Encora Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner of some of the world’s leading enterprises and digital native companies.
