font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 12 years of relevant experience or a PhD with 8 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Software&nbsp;Engineering&nbsp;or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Professional experience within the biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, or scientific instrumentation industry, with exposure to research, laboratory, clinical, or scientific data environments.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prior management and leadership experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience building and supporting reliable production&nbsp;data pipelines.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in Postgres, Python, React, TypeScript.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
