As part of the transition following the sale by Finastra of the Teciem business, Finastra is supporting Teciem on a temporary basis by managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for this position, including advertising, candidate outreach, interviews and selection. While certain points of contact in the hiring process will be Finastra staff, the successful candidate will be employed within the Teciem business and will carry out their role solely for Teciem.

Responsibilities

The Software Licensing Lead is to deliver advisory services to customers and sales team on usage of Teciem software with the objective of preventing and/or eliminating license exposure risks. The Software Licensing Lead is organizationally part of License Management department and working closely with the wider Teciem team to ensure objective and consistent handling licensing topics.

Key Tasks

  • Create and finalize annual standard basic evaluation plan for your respective territory.
  • Carry out comprehensive contract reviews and related investigations into software user rights.        
  • Manage customer communication and relationship during license evaluation process.
  • Brief Sales on findings and plan customer communication and engagement.
  • Meet with customers to present and explain evaluation results and advise on effective license position and potential licensing recommendations.
  • Support Sales and the customer with technical licensing and license rights advice as required during commercial discussion.
  • Coordinate customer dispute resolution and escalation management.
  • Provide education and advice to sales team on licensing practices and policies.                                 
  • Provide education and advice to sales team different license rights requirements, as an example in case of a merger or divestment.
     

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Candidate should have 5+ years of experience from license management or similar relevant roles.
  • Customer skills and customer facing experience is required.
  • Prior knowledge of Teciem product portfolio is a plus.
