As a <strong>Software / Robotics Design Engineer</strong>, you will design and implement software for advanced automation systems while working closely with the hardware. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving and wants to make an impact in a growing U.S. robotics organization.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will design and implement software for robotics and industrial automation applications.</li> <li>You will work with PLCs, motion control, robotics platforms, and HMI/SCADA systems.</li> <li>You will support system integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.</li> <li>You will partner with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to deliver solutions that meet technical, timing, and customer requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in robotics, automation, and industrial software development.</li> <li>Experience with robot programming, PLC platforms such as Rockwell or Siemens, motion control, and HMI/SCADA systems.</li> <li>Experience with C#, Python, C++, simulation tools, or digital twin technologies is a plus.</li> <li>A collaborative, adaptable approach and excitement for building something new.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why This Role Is Different</strong></p> <p>This is more than a traditional engineering role.
