We are looking for Software Presales profile, particularly with experience in RPA, low-code platforms, data solutions, chatbots, and software applications.

Key roles and responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements

- Analyze customer requirements, design and architect comprehensive IT solutions, including all software aspects that align with clients’ business goals

- Work closely with the development team to ensure the best solution to the customers and a smooth handover in the execution phase

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the new technologies and of any changes in the current technologies and its roadmap

- Conducting engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the product.

- Understand, analyze, and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with comprehensive and competitive proposals

- Addressing technical inquiries while analyzing the RFPs

- Developing detailed proposals that include costs, deliverables, timelines, and other relevant information.

Requirements

Technical/Professional Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.

- 6+ years in System architecture, technical sales, or Pre-sales role ( Software Presales profile, particularly with experience in RPA, low-code platforms, data solutions, chatbots, and software applications )

- Very good knowledge and practice in different technologies such as AI, business automation and RPA

- Good knowledge of low-code/no-code tools

- Basic knowledge of cloud and cybersecurity is a plus

- Knowledge of CRM, contact center, and enterprise applications is a plus

- Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales experience.

- Knowledge of the software development cycle

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications are a plus
