Solicitor (Commercial)

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious commercial advisory lawyer to join our established and growing Commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and build genuine client relationships within a supportive and highly collaborative environment.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial advisory, contract, technology, AI and data protection matters across a diverse and high-quality client base. Working closely with partners and senior colleagues, you will play a key role in advising clients on both day-to-day commercial issues and strategic business decisions.

For many of our clients, we act as an extension of their in-house legal function. As a result, this role provides a unique opportunity to become a trusted adviser to growing and established businesses across a variety of sectors, gaining meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure from an early stage.

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical, solutions-focused legal work, values strong client relationships and is keen to contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.

 

The Person Specification

• 1 – 4 years relevant PQE
• Strong technical and drafting skills, and a genuine interest in commercial advisory work
• The ability to work on their own initiative, and as part of a team
• The ability to prioritise and focus on solutions
• Enthusiasm for business development and growing their profile
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
• A growth mindset with a strong appetite for learning and progression.
