About the opportunity

Our property team has been part of some of the largest commercial and industrial developments in New Zealand. The team services a very impressive client list which includes NZX listed companies, property developers, major landlords, private investors, financiers, real estate agents, and purchasers.

 

Based in Tāmaki Makaurau, you will provide high-quality, commercially astute legal advice across a varied and engaging mix of work. This includes greenfields and high rise developments, property investment and development, commercial leasing and Overseas Investment Office (OIO) advice.

 

You’ll work closely with clients to deliver practical, solutions-focused advice, with an emphasis on responsiveness and strong commercial outcomes.

 

About you 

You will be admitted to practise in New Zealand and have at least 2–3 years’ general commercial property experience.

 

You bring a commercial and pragmatic approach to your advice, combined with a genuine curiosity to learn. You take pride in delivering timely, practical solutions and are willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent client service.

 

You have a down-to-earth manner that enables you to build trusted relationships with a wide range of clients and colleagues, and you enjoy working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
