Solution Architect

<p>As a Solution Architect, you support the project teams with your advanced knowledge of your industry’s OMP Solution. Your deep industry experience and supply chain insights influence the design of our high-quality supply chain solutions for our customers. You also guide our consultants and solution architects throughout the entire project.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You are responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Applying your industry solution knowledge to<strong> drive the technical realization of our projects </strong>in close collaboration with the project’s solution architect.</li> <li><strong>Guiding the project team </strong>throughout the entire project life cycle.</li> <li><strong>Conducting design sessions with the customer</strong> to understand their planning challenges and to map them with the industry solution.</li> <li>Providing <strong>expert support </strong>during the implementation phase, from start to finish, based on your advanced industry solution knowledge. This is done together with the customer’s project team<strong>.</strong></li> <li><strong>Supporting the industry solution and product development teams </strong>by gathering ideas from customer implementation projects.</li> <li><strong>Leading senior consultants </strong>and working closely with project managers to guard scope, budgets, timelines, etc.</li> <li>Building <strong>customer relationships</strong> and adding <strong>consistent value.</strong></li> <li><strong>Advising and educating customers</strong> on best practices.</li> </ul> <p>Although you’ll be visiting customers regularly (about 20% of your time), you won’t be outsourced.
