<h3>Role Overview</h3>
<p>We are seeking a customer-facing Solution Architect to lead and deepen our engagements with Nscale’s most strategic customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and commercial teams—acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers while ensuring successful delivery and long-term partnership growth.</p>
<p>You will go beyond coordination and program management, developing a deep understanding of customer workloads, architectures, and business objectives. You’ll play a critical role in shaping solutions, guiding customers through technical challenges, and ensuring they realize maximum value from Nscale’s platform.</p>

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customers, building trusted, long-term relationships</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of customer architectures, software stacks, and AI/HPC workloads</li>
<li>Partner with customers to design and optimize solutions on Nscale’s infrastructure</li>
<li>Lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews with customer teams</li>
<li>Translate customer requirements into clear technical plans and influence internal roadmaps where needed</li>
<li>Own the end-to-end success of customer engagements, ensuring delivery against commitments and timelines</li>
<li>Drive structured communication and alignment between customers and internal engineering, product, and operations teams</li>
<li>Proactively identify risks, performance issues, or gaps in customer environments and drive resolution</li>
<li>Support pre-sales and expansion opportunities by articulating technical value and guiding solution design</li>
<li>Act as a calm, credible presence during incidents—helping troubleshoot issues and maintain customer confidence</li>
<li>Bring structure and follow-through to engagements, ensuring accountability across all stakeholders</li>

<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>5–10+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Program Manager</li>
<li>Strong ability to go deep technically (infrastructure, cloud, networking, or AI/HPC workloads) while also operating at a strategic/customer level</li>
<li>Experience working directly with large enterprise, hyperscale, or high-growth technology customers</li>
<li>Proven ability to understand and map complex customer environments (compute, networking, storage, software stacks)</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business contexts</li>
<li>Demonstrated ownership and follow-through in driving complex, multi-team deliverables</li>
<li>Experience supporting pre-sales, solution design, or customer expansion efforts</li>
<li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li>
<li>Experience with SLAs, delivery commitments, and customer accountability is a strong plus</li>
