(Sr.) Solution Architect (Delivery)

<p>As a&nbsp;Solution&nbsp;Architect, you apply your advanced knowledge of the OMP Solution&nbsp;with&nbsp;your industry experience and supply chain insights to design high-quality supply chain solutions for our customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>You&nbsp;are responsible for:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Developing an integrated planning cycle across&nbsp;our&nbsp;OMP supply chain modules.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conducting&nbsp;design sessions with&nbsp;our&nbsp;customers&nbsp;to understand&nbsp;their planning challenges&nbsp;and&nbsp;contribute to&nbsp;their&nbsp;solution.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Driving the technical realization of our projects&nbsp;from start to finish, ensuring a&nbsp;high-quality implementation of our solution, together with our project team and the customer’s project team.&nbsp;</li> <li>Gathering&nbsp;new&nbsp;ideas&nbsp;from&nbsp;your&nbsp;implementation projects&nbsp;to&nbsp;support&nbsp;future&nbsp;product development.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Guiding, inspiring, challenging and supporting a group of OMP (lead) consultants during the various process phases.</li> <li>Effectively communicating technical &amp; functional design to a variety of stakeholders (business, tech, management, OMP colleagues, ...).</li> </ul> <p>Essential talents and qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills, complemented with&nbsp;a&nbsp;Master’s&nbsp;degree in a relevant domain (ICT, Supply Chain, Industrial/Business/Civil Engineering,&nbsp;...).</li> <li>More&nbsp;than 7 years’&nbsp;experience in implementing supply chain planning software such as OMP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, SAP IBP.</li> <li>3+ years’ experience in&nbsp;designing advanced planning solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Broad technical knowledge of solution configuration:&nbsp;coding, cloud, data integration, mathematical optimization.&nbsp;</li> <li>Problem-solving skills:&nbsp;combine&nbsp;analytical thinking, creativity, critical reasoning, and the ability to distill core issues.&nbsp;</li> <li>Continuous learning and adaptability&nbsp;attitude, drive for&nbsp;innovation&nbsp;to track emerging technologies.</li> </ul> <p>You’ll be visiting customers regularly up to 20% of your time, depending on the scope of your project; you won’t be outsourced.
