Help Shape the Future of Digital Identity Across LATAM
At Ditto, we’re building secure digital engagement solutions trusted by banks, governments, and enterprises around the world. As demand across LATAM continues to grow, we’re looking for a commercially minded, technically credible Senior Solutions Architect to help us scale.
This is not a back-office architecture role.
You’ll work directly with customers, prospects, partners, and sales leadership to solve real-world identity and security challenges across some of the region’s most exciting organisations. One day you might be running a technical workshop with security architects, the next presenting business value to senior executives or building a proof-of-concept for a major client opportunity.
We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technology and business — someone who can explain complex ideas clearly, build trust quickly, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

LATAM is a major growth market for Ditto. We’ve recently secured new enterprise clients in the region and continue to expand our presence across banking, identity, and digital security.
This role will work closely with regional sales leadership and play a critical part in helping us win new business, shape customer solutions, and establish Ditto as a leader in secure digital identity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Technical Presales Engagements
- Own the technical side of the sales cycle from discovery through to solution design, demonstrations, and handover
- Partner closely with Sales to qualify opportunities, shape solutions, and accelerate deals
- Run workshops, technical deep-dives, and customer discovery sessions
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from CISOs to engineering teams
Translate Complex Technology Into Business Value
- Present technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and commercially relevant way
- Tailor messaging for both executive and technical audiences
- Help customers understand how Ditto solves security, identity, and authentication challenges
- Create compelling solution narratives, demos, and proof-of-concepts
Design Innovative Identity & Security Solutions
- Architect solutions across digital identity, authentication, mobile security, and application protection
- Advise clients on secure mobile application practices, identity workflows, and threat mitigation approaches
- Support customers through technical validation, integrations, and security conversations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap direction based on market feedback
Act as a Regional Technical Ambassador
- Support partner enablement and customer education initiatives
- Contribute to thought leadership, technical content, and market insight
- Stay informed on trends across digital identity, authentication, fraud prevention, and mobile security
- Represent Ditto professionally across customer engagements and industry conversations
What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
- Experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Presales, or a similar client-facing technical role
- Background in cybersecurity, digital identity, authentication, fraud prevention, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability matters
Technical & Industry Knowledge
We’re open-minded on exact product experience.
You do not need to be an expert in every area from day one. If you have strong technical foundations, commercial awareness, and the ability to learn quickly, we can support your development.
We’d especially love to hear from people with experience in:
- Digital identity and authentication ecosystems
- Mobile security or application security
- MFA, biometrics, passwordless authentication, or identity verification
- Secure mobile applications, APIs, cloud platforms, or SaaS solutions
- Banking, fintech, regulated industries, or enterprise security environments
Experience with Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) and Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP) is valuable, but not essential.
Travel
- Regional travel is expected for customer and partner engagements
- Remote-first environment with flexibility
