Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Assess current source systems, data flows, integrations, reporting flows, and architectural constraints</li> <li>Identify data fragmentation, architecture gaps, platform risks, and key dependencies</li> <li>Define the target-state / North Star data platform architecture</li> <li>Evaluate platform options such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, or comparable technologies</li> <li>Recommend platform and toolchain direction based on business value, technical fit, cost, scalability, EU data residency, and operational feasibility</li> <li>Define integration patterns, data movement principles, and data platform building blocks</li> <li>Support AI readiness assessment from an architecture and data foundation perspective</li> <li>Provide input into data governance, access, security, and compliance principles</li> <li>Assess technical feasibility of prioritized use cases</li> <li>Support Phase 2 roadmap, implementation sequencing, and high-level sizing</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>What You Bring&nbsp;</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Strong background in enterprise data architecture and cloud data platforms</li> <li>Experience with Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or similar ecosystems</li> <li>Experience designing data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, integration layers, and analytics platforms</li> <li>Strong understanding of data governance, security, access management, and compliance considerations</li> <li>Ability to assess fragmented enterprise landscapes quickly</li> <li>Strong client-facing communication skills</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, finance, or multi-site enterprise experience</li> <li>ERP, CRM, MES, reporting, or operational systems integration experience</li> <li>Experience with AI readiness, ML/AI platforms, GenAI enablement, or data products</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
